These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Doctor Raza website (doctorraza.com) and any research, writing, or consulting services ("Services") provided by Doctor Raza ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.

Services
2.1 / Project Terms
Doctor Raza provides medical research consulting services including but not limited to: systematic reviews, meta-analyses, original research manuscripts, statistical analysis, manuscript editing, and publication support. All Services are delivered remotely and governed by individual project agreements.

Project Agreements
3.1 / Included Services
Each engagement is governed by a separate project agreement or scope of work that outlines: deliverables, timeline, pricing, payment terms, revision policy, and any project-specific conditions. In the event of conflict between these Terms and a project agreement, the project agreement prevails.

Payment Terms
4.1 / Required Materials
Standard payment terms are 50% upon project commencement and 50% upon delivery of the final manuscript. Payment methods and currency will be specified in the project agreement. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as specified in Section 6.

Intellectual Property & Authorship
5.1 / Rights and Ownership
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights in the delivered manuscript transfer to the client. The client retains full authorship. Doctor Raza's contribution is acknowledged per ICMJE (International Committee of Medical Journal Editors) guidelines where appropriate. We retain the right to reference the engagement (without disclosing confidential details) for portfolio and marketing purposes unless explicitly agreed otherwise

Revisions & Satisfaction
6.1 / Project Revisions
Each project includes revision rounds as specified in the project agreement (standard: two rounds). Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees. If we are unable to deliver work that meets the agreed specifications, we will work with the client to resolve the issue or offer a partial refund at our discretion.

Confidentiality

We treat all client data, research materials, and project details as confidential. We do not share client information with third parties without explicit written consent. Client datasets are stored securely during the project and deleted upon completion unless otherwise agreed

Research Ethics
8.1 / Project Cancellation
All research conducted by Doctor Raza adheres to established ethical guidelines including ICMJE recommendations, PRISMA reporting standards, and relevant institutional review board requirements. We do not engage in fabrication, falsification, or plagiarism. We do not guarantee publication outcomes, as editorial decisions are made independently by journal editors and peer reviewers.

Limitation of Liability
Doctor Raza provides research and writing services to the best of our professional ability. We are not liable for: journal editorial decisions, peer review outcomes, institutional or employer responses to publications, or any indirect damages arising from the use of our Services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project in question.

Termination
10.1 / Limitation of Liability
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. If the client terminates after work has commenced, fees for completed work are non-refundable. If Doctor Raza terminates, a pro-rata refund will be issued for work not yet performed.

Governing Law
11.1 / Independent Contractor
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to arbitration under applicable rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our website or Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
